Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 leads a month, 1 lead source, 1 notifier, 1 lead form, unlimited data fields, custom field mapping and every app integration. No card, and it does not expire.
What counts as a lead?
One form submission routed once. A lead sent to three destinations still counts as one lead.
What happens if I go over my leads?
On Solo Marketer and Pro Marketer you can buy a lead-volume top-up without changing plan. Agency has no lead limit, so it does not need a lead-volume top-up. Alert-credit top-ups are separate. You can also upgrade at any time.
Which plans include SMS and WhatsApp alerts?
SMS and WhatsApp are available on every plan. Free includes 10 alert credits; after that, prepaid alert credit is required on every plan. Paid subscriptions do not include deliveries. Telegram, Slack and email do not use alert credit.
Which plans include webhooks and the email autoresponder?
Both are included from Solo Marketer up, along with custom field mapping and lead filtering.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free: Solo Marketer is $149.90 a year, Pro Marketer $399.90 and Agency $990.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle. Cancel any time.
Do you charge per seat, task or operation?
No. Plans are priced on leads. SMS and WhatsApp delivery uses separate prepaid alert credit.
