Is Ads Workbench cheaper than LeadsNotify?
Above 2,500 leads a month, yes. Their $15 plan includes unlimited leads, so at high volume they undercut our $39.99 Business tier. Below 150 leads a month we are free and they are not. Between those two numbers the prices are within a penny of each other and you should decide on fit instead.
What is a flow on Ads Workbench?
One automation between a source and its destinations. One Facebook form feeding a CRM, an email alert and a welcome email counts as a single flow rather than three, which is a genuinely fair way to meter. Their tiers give 10, 10, 30 and 70 flows.
Does Ads Workbench support LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms?
Yes, as a first-class source with its own setup, which is uncommon at their price. Both tools cover Facebook and LinkedIn, so this is not a point of difference between us.
What does Ads Workbench do that LeadsNotify does not?
Three things worth knowing about. They send branded welcome emails to the lead itself. They sync contacts outbound to Facebook Custom Audiences and Google Ads Customer Match, which we do not do at all. And they include unlimited leads on every paid plan.
