What this integration does
When someone submits one of your ad forms, we take the submission from the ad platform and every new lead arrives as an instant WhatsApp alert.
Field mapping is set once per notifier. Name, email and phone are matched for you, and your own questions go wherever you choose.
Enter the phone number and confirm the code sent to it on WhatsApp.
What you need
- A WhatsApp account.
- The phone number that should get the alert.
- A live Facebook or LinkedIn lead form, and a LeadsNotify account. WhatsApp is included on every plan, with 10 free alerts on Free.

Which lead ads can I connect to WhatsApp?
Facebook lead ads, including Instagram forms on a connected account, and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. Both work today. TikTok and Google Ads lead forms are still being built and do not work yet.
How do I test it before a real lead comes in?
Test it from the notifier in LeadsNotify, then check Lead Delivery. Open the notifier, click TEST NOTIFIER, pick the form and send it.
How many leads can I send?
The free plan covers 50 leads a month. Solo Marketer covers 1,000, Pro Marketer 20,000 and Agency has no lead limit. Sending one lead to several places counts once.
